You could also get hold of and listen to TOEFL iBT materials which use American English accents. There are also many ESL and EFL books available which focus specifically on improving your English listening skills.

Hello all,
pls i just sign up for this because i was looking for a better way to tender a complain to my ceo. i am unhappy because i do the same job with other and they earn higher because the have a degree and i have a higher national diploma. when i realised this, i enroled for a degree course which i attended after work hours and obtained my degree. i deposited it with the HR a year ago and nothing has been done till date mean while new staffs are employed and given a higher pay still despite my 5years of hard work. pls am not happy and i want to make my ceo know but in a nice way. pls help me. thank you.
