Then, we will talk about how to ask questions properly in English. Chinese speakers often ask me how to phrase questions, and today, I will show you how. Next, I will show you how to make your English flow better by joining words together in speech. This will help you sound more like a native English speaker. And lastly, I will give you five general tips that apply to all learners and are guaranteed to help you improve. After watching, be sure to complete the quiz to test your understanding of the lesson.

Thanks for the tips Benjamin. I have practised intonation patterns. And I can understand some phrases by listening to english music without subtitles or reading the lyric previously. It’s so nice!

Hi, thank you Benjamin for making this video for us Chinese speakers. It’s true that I find it hard to get used to the native intonation, and the fluency when you join words together in a talk. But no doubt that, practice makes difference.
this is good for now thanks
thanks
You must just remember the spelling. As I see things, that’s the worst recommendation ever possible. Multiple research shows fast readers don’t actually read words as whole units. It’s just their brain recognizes what parts a word consists of and what each part denotes so fast that they aren’t aware of it themselves. So the best way to learn spelling is to learn phonics. Phonics doesn’t always help you to read a word right, yet it always helps you remember the right spelling. After you’ve learnt the right spelling for a word, you know which rules the word obeys or which rules it breaks.
fantastic
It’s lit.
thank you so much Benjamin !
