The noun is one of the most basic parts of speech, but did you know that there are many different types of nouns? In this grammar lesson, I’ll show you ten different types of nouns in English. You’ll learn about common nouns, proper nouns, concrete nouns, collective nouns, abstract nouns, and more. I’ll give you examples and then we’ll practice together so you can see if you’ve understood.
God bless you man, i have learned a lot from you,and i like to learn more,i like the way you shared fun exp when you teaching,?

It was a good lesson, only i didn’t understand the last part about James or james and Mr. E or Mr. e. What’s the difference can you explain me?

The difference is in the spelling. With capitals or not. Because James and Mr. E. are proper nouns, you have to use capitals.

It was an excellent explanation of the categories of English nouns. But what about gerunds? The gerunds are so specific to English, and they are nouns. This category of nouns is very confusing for non-native English speakers
