Thank you very much for the lesson. As always, your’s explanations of difficult topics of english grammar are both brilliant and simple. I was quite surprised though that you should use a semi-colon before a transitional expression and not just a regular comma. This is something I was unaware of all this time until now.

Jack Bauer was a fictional character on the drama series “24”; Kiefer Sutherland received an award for this role.
How can I relate both sentences using because?. Can I say: KS received an award because his role on the drama series “24”?
In some part of your video you related the second sentence with the first one with the word because, so I would like to understand how to do in this example. Thanks.
