It’s very helpful to remember the rule of 10 when I don’t know when to use number or spell it out in my writing. I think I understand your session but I do have a question. Could you clarify it for me? When will it be an exception to use 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th? I saw it was being used for street like 2nd street or 2nd Avenue. Thanks for in advance for replying.
