It’s very helpful to remember the rule of 10 when I don’t know when to use number or spell it out in my writing. I think I understand your session but I do have a question. Could you clarify it for me? When will it be an exception to use 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th? I saw it was being used for street like 2nd street or 2nd Avenue. Thanks for in advance for replying.

“The Rule of 10” and “R.O.A.” are new for me and the first time I hear about them, but when you use the word “million or billion” I had and have the doubt about singular and plural, e.g., one million/billion, two billions/millions… I don’t know if this concept is correct.
